<span>The salad bar is the most reasonable solution to implement. Salad bar requires less resources and is pretty easy to get started in the first place. You can make tons and tons of different salads just by changing few ingredients.</span>

A salad bar is a buffet style table or a counter in a restaurant and on the food market, there may be specialized salad bars, where you can find a variety of salad ingredients that you can compose on your own. Most of the salad consists of lettuce, cabbage, cut tomatoes, various types of raw vegetables such as carrots, peppers, cucumbers, celery, olives, and cut fruits. With the addition of cut bacon, pieces of meat, minced meat, all kinds of cheeses, tuna, croutons, various salad sauces. Some of the bars also have cooked vegetables such as peas, beans.

Hot lunch bars are oriented towards cooked hot food, which is very delicious and consists of cooked vegetables, all kinds of roasted meat, cooked meat, fish, salads.

When it comes to the advantages and disadvantages of such bars, many advantages have salad bars. The food is healthier, contains less fat and calories, more vitamins, minerals and natural nutrients. Fresh vegetables are some of the healthiest foods. Prices are affordable and do not take much time to prepare. There are almost no disadvantages.

Hot lunch bars serve delicious food but can have a lot of fat, oils, salads are pretty oiled. The price can be very high, for example, for baked potatoes the price can be over $ 10. With such prices, you can go to the restaurant. Secondly, it's often possible to find food that's cold, although it's hot lunch bar,  you have to heat it up.

The conclusion is that the salad bars have the advantage, especially for students, it's fast getting ready, cheaper, tasty and most importantly healthier.
