I believe the answer is: it would look different because exchange rate tables change constantly.

Exchange rate is influenced by many factors that keep changing within short period of time (such as nation's GDP, foreign investment, trade balance, amount of money circulated in the market , etc). The number could change within minutes, let alone if the tables is shown for different years.
