In the US  presidential election in 2004, George Bush defeated Democrat candidate John Kerry. This led to the rise of the campaign at the local level, which later helped democrats. They choose the presidential bet, Barack Obama, boost the internet campaign and improve the party's campaign strategy. This proved to be successful, because Obama won the next presidential election and showed his uplift further rise.
