To find out value of x and y we will use elimination method

To find value of x add eq A and eq B

Now to find value of y put x=1 in eq A

(-3 \times 1 )- 3 y=12\\-3 -3y =12\\\\adding\,\,3\,\,on\,\, both\,\,sides\\-3y=12+3\\\\dividing\,\,-3\,\,on\,\,both\,\,sides\\y= \frac{15}{-3} \\y= -5

so the value of

x= 1

and

y= -5

For checking the solution

putting value of x and y in eq A

-3x-3y=12\\-3(1)-3 (-5)=12\\-3+15=12\\12=12\\

Hence proved

Putiing value of x and y in eq B

-9x+3y=  -24\\-9(1) + 3 (-5) = -24\\-9 -15 = -24\\-24= -24\\
