American Bandstand was a TV program that was aired from </span>1952 to 1989. The program was mainly made by teenagers dancing the top chart songs. It was presented by <span>D(i)ck Clark.
D(i)ck Clark went on to have his own productions company and it was a revival plan for the show that originated the TV show "So You Think You Can Dance".</span>
