The answer is -The mens' choice of television program didn't agree with the Williams's or the childrens' .This answer is correct because you are supposed to use an apostrophe after the "s" when using a plural noun. For example, the word "man's" would have an apostrophe before the "s" because it is not plural. The word "mens'" would have an apostrophe after the "s" since it is plural.
