Bratwurst is a German word - so it borrowed it from German!
In german "brat" comes from "braten:" roast (in modern German) and Wurst means "saussage".
Bratwurst is very common in Germany and in Austria and it's also a kind of "street food" sometimes.
I believe it is merely asking you to write down what the images remind you of. Like, maybe a childhood memory or something that happened recently or long ago. or maybe something you have seen :)
Ambition can play a big role for motivation. Both positive and negative traits arise from it.
