The Articles of Confederation were just a beginning outline of what the Constitution did.

The articles of Confederation had 2 omissions that the Constitution added.

1. There was no executive branch to enforce the laws

2. There was no judicial branch to interpret the law.

3. The Federal government couldn't collect taxes. They got their money from the states.

4. The Feds couldn't issue a standard currency. Each state had it's own.

5. Trade was not uniformly practiced by the states.

6. Often the states wouldn't pay the Federal Government because they feared other states wouldn't pay either.

Hi here is your answer

The Constitution fixed the weaknesses by allowing the central government certain powers/rights. Below are some of the items the Articles did not address:

Constitution became the supreme law of the United States.

Congress now has the right to levy taxes.

Congress has the ability to regulate trade between states and other countries.

Creation of a federal court system.

Executive branch with power of checks and balance for legislature and judiciary.

Amendments are easier by being ratified if 2/3 of congress and 3/4 of house pass it.

Representation in house is based on population, while senate are equal to all other states

In Massachusetts, Anti-Federalists held a clear majority when the convention met in January 1788. In light to gain the upkeep of Anti-Federalists, the Federalists assured to add a bill of rights if the Anti-Federalists would vote for the Constitution. Federalists swore to attach a Bill of Rights to the Constitution as soon as it was ratified. Thus, the Bill of Rights was written in 1789, and was officially added to the Constitution in 1791. It comprises the first ten amendments to the Constitution. Federalists also assured to support the amendment that would reserve for the states all powers not specifically granted to the federal government. How did German physicist Werner Heisenberg's uncertainty principle shake beliefs in Newtonian physics?
taurus [48]

Answer:

Heisenberg's uncertainty principle enunciated in 1927, postulates that the fact that each particle has a wave associated with it, imposes restrictions on the ability to determine its position and speed at the same time.

In other words:

It is impossible to measure simultaneously (according to quantum physics), and with absolute precision, the value of the position and the momentum (linear momentum) of a particle.

So, the greater certainty is seeked in determining the position of a particle, the less is known its linear momentum and, therefore, its mass and velocity.

In general, the greater the precision in the measurement of one of these magnitudes, the greater the uncertainty in the measure of the other complementary variable.

This principle is one of the fundamentals of quantum mechanics that differentiates it from Newtonian mechanics, which stablishes a physical macroscopic model to describe the movement of bodies in space with fixed properties, whereas according to quantum mechanics it is not so.

Both theories offer very different descriptions of the world, incompatible with each other, but both are valid in their fields of application.
