I believe the correct answer is - <span>Churchill did not believe the policy of appeasement would achieve its goals.
Churchill is telling everyone that they shouldn't be fooled by this policy and stop fighting for what they believe in. He is saying that this is only the beginning and if people want real changes, they should stand up and fight for their rights.</span>
