The Civil Rights Act expanded the federal government's power.

Further Explanation:

The Civil Rights Act was one of the most important civil rights legislation passed in the 1960's. This law essentially outlawed discrimination in the work place and public places on the basis of race, sex, national origin, gender, etc. The passing of this law was thanks in large part to the Civil Rights movement of the 1950's and 1960's. The goal of this law was to gain legal and social equality, especially for African American citizens.

Besides protecting the rights of African American citizens and women, this law also expanded the power of the federal government. This is due to the fact that the federal government now has the power to enforce this law and penalize individuals/companies who violate this law. Ultimately, this would help more African American citizens to join the workforce without facing discrimination.

Why do you think discipline and other things should be imbibed to a person by a early age
miss Akunina [59]

Answer:

..

Explanation:

The brain, though incredible, will not function as properly as it should if you do not train it to. By training and disciplining the brain or the person from an early age, it is easier for certain norms and behaviors too stick throughout their life. This can be used for better or for worse but it is better to do it young when the brain is still growing. This is because when people age, so does their memory and they would already have their own habits by then.

The concepts of theory x and theory y contributed to which major management perspective?
scoundrel [369]

'The concepts of theory x and theory y contributed behavioral perspective management.

While Theory X emphasizes the necessity of increased monitoring, outside rewards, and penalties, Theory Y emphasizes the significance of job pleasure as a motivator and encourages employees to approach jobs without direct supervision.

The behavioral perspective, which is all about acting in life as a result of some kind of motive or incentive, is made up of the concepts of theory X and theory Y. It has to do with the motivations behind a person's participation in a specific action rather than their response.

Instead than focusing on inward processes like intellect, this strategy places more emphasis on taught behaviors. To put it another way, behavioral psychologists study psychology through observing people's behaviors and actions.
