Law Incorporation [45]

Answer:

Dear (insert friends name here),

I just got back from a weekend trip with the family to (insert theme park here)! We had so much fun! The roller coasters were huge and the turns were sharp, and you know how much I don't like them, but my sibling wanted the whole family to ride the newest roller coaster. And guess what? they were filming a movie with a bunch of celebrities at the same theme park we were at like (insert celebrity here) and (insert celebrity here)! All in all, we had a fantastic time!

Sincerely, (insert your name here)

Explination:

The adjectives are: huge, sharp, and fantastic! Adjectives are words that describe traits, qualities, or nouns. So words like huge, sharp, fantastic, smooth, and gentle are considered adjectives.

I hope this helps! Have a great day!

Select the correct text in the passage.
andrew11 [14]

Answer:

3 but see below.

Explanation:

This is a really hard question. Kennedy always restated what he wanted to say in a different way. He was a great speaker -- one of America's most literate men.

I would pick 3. It is a heartfelt statement that includes the entire nation. And it states (in his mind) the most important reason for undertaking a moon mission.

But look at the other answers.

Isn't 4 a prophetic dream? Don't you think it turned out to be true?

And 2 also takes in the entire nation. I just think 3 is more clearly stated.

The poetry in one is a very strong argument. It is typical Kennedy at his best.

I still pick 3 but don't be surprised if your instructor does not agree.
