Shakespeare is telling us that love is stronger even in death because the brightness of life brings love all together and makes you realize you don't have to stop loving someone just because they die.
None of the words in this sentence should be followed by a colon. A colon is primarily used before listing certain things after a hard break in a sentence. Commas are fine here.
I believe the answer is somewhere along the lines of it gives it human like features. I can't fully remember because its been a hot min since i took this test but i hope this helps :)
