For example if you're living in the middle of amazon jungle, you will see that the people there will always made sudden cautious movement everytime they hear small noises.
If you live there, you will tend to imitate this behavior because unlike in cities,  small sounds could potentially came from dangerous threat to them such as wild animals or members  from other tribes</span>
