Well, we got our political system from the Romans, they had a senate that voted on what to do with a head tribune that controlled the senate. We have a senate with a president that can do similar stuff as a tribune did. Also Romans had laws to keep the citizens in check like taxing the rich more and laying down the foundation to a civilization... For greeks I'm not to sure on we got, but for mathematics I know the greeks helped us with that like pie and other theorems also with space and stars the greeks helped us with that as well... So lots of stuff is still here from the ancient world

Law and the arrangement of law authorization developed with the development of progress. The Greeks had improved their own laws. The Romans, who appreciated the Greeks, joins a few parts of Greek law in its first code of laws, "The ten works of art". The ten works of art turned into the groundwork of Roman law and, with the development of the Roman Empire, Roman law  (called the 12 tables)  parts of the spread to the areas of the Empire, incorporating Europe, parts of Africa and western Asia. Under Emperor Justinian, Roman law was re- encoded. Justinian Code was part of medieval lawful studies in most Western schools. The point when these European countries were fortified and created their two purposes of Africa, Asia and America, its administration framework (incorporating its lawful framework) augmented to these two focuses. In this manner, the arrangement of law that emerged in Asia and Africa was impacted by European enactment itself was affected by Roman and Greek laws. In this way it is said that the Romans are the ones who give the law the planet. Greece additionally becomes an integral factor as right on time Roman law was vigorously impacted by Greek law. Which US president used "dollar diplomacy" to build relationships with foreign countries by promoting American economic interest
rodikova [14]

Dollar Diplomacy of the United States—particularly during President William Howard Taft's term— was a form against American foreign policy to further its aims in Latin America and East Asia through use of its economic power by guaranteeing loans made to foreign countries. Historian Thomas A. Bailey argues that Dollar Diplomacy was nothing new, as the use of diplomacy to promote commercial interest dates from the early years of the Republic. However, under Taft, the State Department was more active than ever in encouraging and supporting American bankers and industrialists in securing new opportunities abroad. Bailey finds that Dollar Diplomacy was designed to make both people in foreign lands and the American investors prosper.[1] The term was originally coined by previous President Theodore Roosevelt, who did not want to intervene between Taft and Taft's secretary of state.

The concept is relevant to both Liberia, where American loans were given in 1913, and Latin America. Latin Americans tend to use the term "Dollar Diplomacy" disparagingly to show their disapproval of the role that the U.S. government and U.S. corporations have played in using economic, diplomatic and military power to open up foreign markets.
