This caused them to be producing currency at an extremely increased rate leading to less value in money. This in a way ended up causing the depression that allowed Adolf Hitler to rise up from. (businesses couldn’t afford to stay open, people lost their jobs and couldn’t afford to live.) one of the first things he did was stop paying the reparations.
