Answer:

The total cost of goods sold =  $37,500

Explanation:

Given:

Beginning inventory = 10,000 units at $3

Purchase inventory = 5,000 units at $4

Purchase inventory = 5,000 units at $5

Sale inventory = 10,000 units at $10

Total inventory units = [10,000 + 5,000 +5,000]

Total inventory units = [20,000]

Total Cost of inventory units = [(10,000×$3) + (5,000×$4) + (5,000×$5)]

Total Cost of inventory units = [$30,000 + $20,000 + $25,000]

Total Cost of inventory units = [$75,000]

Average price per unit = Total Cost of inventory units / Total inventory units

Average price per unit = $75,000 / 20,000

Average price per unit = $3.75

The total cost of goods sold = 10,000 units sold × $3.75

The total cost of goods sold =  $37,500

Kay [80]

Answer:

Suppose the Finnish government undertakes a program that relaxes immigration but only for highly skilled workers. This policy changes will result in an increase in the _population of immigrants_______, causing __increased economic performance resulting from increased supply of highly skilled labor, productivity, and GDP and not to forget increased diversity with its attendant benefits and costs_____.

Explanation:

Immigration is the movement of non-natives or citizens into a country from other countries.  If the number of immigrants outnumber those emigrating, the population of the country will increase relatively.  To boast population, increase diversity, and energize an economy, some countries deliberately embark on programed immigration and acceptance of highly skilled workers.  As they come in, they come with their families, some will bear more children, and there will be increased relationships between the immigrants and the domiciled citizen population.  The economy of the country will be revitalized since they are highly skilled workers, and there will be increased productivity and beneficial changes in the GDP.  Human diversity has many attendant benefits and burdens.  Whichever one that outweighs the other depends on factors prevalent in the particular country.

Kobotan [32]

Answer:

Total Revenue of Cocaine will increase.

Explanation:

Elasticity of demand is demand responsiveness to price change.

Price & Total Revenue have relationships as per Elasticity of Demand :

  • Elastic Demand >1 : Change in quantity demanded  >  change in price ; Price & Total Revenue negatively related.
  • Inelastic Demand < 1 : Change in quantity demanded < price change ; Price & Total Revenue positively related

Given : Demand for crack cocaine is inelastic. If government increases penalties on cocaine supply, number of dealers decrease.

Then , the supply of cocaine will fall. Supply Shortage will increase the price. However - because demand is inelastic , total revenue will increase as a result of price rise.

KonstantinChe [14]

Answer:

D) It would not be recorded.

Explanation:

FASB means Financial Accounting Standards Board.

Financial Accounting Standards Board is a private, non-profit organization standard-setting body whose primary purpose is to establish and improve Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) within the United States in the public's interest. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) designated the FASB as the organization responsible for setting accounting standards for public companies in the US.

No matter what kind of restriction a donor might impose, FASB standards require nonprofits to report finances in a way that makes it clear which funds have donor restrictions and which funds come without donor restrictions. FASB standards are in three categories: “unrestricted,” “temporarily restricted,” and “permanently restricted.”

Unrestricted are those items that have no donor-imposed restrictions

Temporarily Restricted are those items that were received with a donor-imposed restriction that will be satisfied in the future (generally within one year)

Permanently restricted assets are funds of a nonprofit organization that must be used in designated ways and whose principal cannot be touched.

Since the school will recieve the pledge ONLY if it is able to raise $500,000 in funds over the next year, then the pledge would not be recorded
