The answer that fits the blank is REQUIREMENT TO ATTEND ANNUAL TRAINING EVENTS. Harassment should be avoided in the workplace and with this, the Army committed themselves in order to promote this by treating everybody with respect. The attending of annual training events is not part of harassment.
