The impact of New Deal programs and legislation sought to improve the lives of industrial workers and also to provide more work opportunities for them. By instituting programs to support infrastructure development and greater economic development more generally the New Deal sought to support employment of industrial workers. Also, specifically the Fair Labor Act set maximum hours and minimum pay rates for most laborers which sought to improve the conditions of the working class.

Vladimir79 [104]

Answer:

The correct answer is option B) "women's athletic programs".

Explanation:

According to Federal Government terms, the Congress implied powers are those that are not expressly granted by the Constitution but are “necessary and proper” to execute the ones that are granted by the Constitution. One example of an implied power of Congress is to rise the number of women's athletic programs. This is an implied power because the Constitution did not expressly state that athletics programs should be created, but it states that people have the right to access to practice sports.
