In everyday life we face emotional truths. Even if the truth is small and we don't notice the impact it has one us, it still happens. As for shame, it can come in all sorts of forms and sizes. Whether the shame be extremely emotional and large, or slightly emotional and not that much effective on. These emotions are always there with us everyday.
