A lily cell has a cell wall but a cat cell does not.

Explanation;

A Lily cell is a plant cell while a Cat's skin cell is an example of an animal cell. Structurally, plant and animal cells are very similar because they are both eukaryotic cells. They both contain membrane-bound organelles such as the nucleus, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, golgi apparatus, lysosomes, and peroxisomes among others.

However, there exists a few differences that are significant, such as structural differences, plants for example have additional structures such as cell wall, vacuoles and chloroplasts, however they lack centrioles that is present in animals.
