You could write about all of them because they all help to further the story. I might choose tybalt because he is the main guy who has a problem with romeo. You will need topics for each paragraph and strong beginning section and thesis and a nice closing paragraph. Stay away from using to much of the obvious things and throwing in a few quotes won't hurt. And DON'T FORGET to cite it! That is very important, unless your teacher doesn't make you do that but in high school they typically tend to. Horrified would be more dramatic in the sentence so its not horrified. Its not sad because there is no remorse. Its not embarrassed because there is no words expressing the feeling embarrassed. So your best bet is hesitant.
