I believe that, yes, our self-confidence does influence the decisions we make. This is what I believe stems from factors like our successes. I remember being a young child who never performed exceptionally well in class and lacked the motivation to complete any of my assignments. As I grew older, I understood the value completing my assignments had on how I will go on throughout my school year. Once I started doing well in class due to my outlook on school, so did my motivation ,my confidence in how well I’ll do in school.
