Answer:

The correct answer to the question: President Clinton regrets his failure to act during the Hutu´s genocide against the Tutsis in which country, would be: Rwanda.

Explanation:

Rwanda is an African nation that has seen a lot of violence, especially tribal and ethnical violence, in its history. But this reality never became more sensible to the world than in 1994, with the genocide of Tutsis and moderate Hutu, by the more powerful and radical Hutu who were leading the nation at the time. This happened during the period that is known in Rwanda as the Rwandan civil war. The problem with this conflict was that the world failed to act in time (given that many specialists have considered that plans for such a high-scaled massacre must have initiated at least a year prior to its happening), and lots of lives were lost during the conflict.

How were spartan and athenian governments different?
solniwko [45]
Sparta and Athens had very different governments. Sparta was a militaristic state. This means that all decisions made by the government revolved around the wants and needs of the military. This resulted in Sparta developing one of the strongest armies in the world during this era.

Athens on the other hand had a form of democracy. A democracy is when individual citizens have a say in what laws are made and what representatives there are in the government. This gave the average Athenian much more political power in comparison to Sparta.
