On the contrary, northerners reacted to the Compromise of 1850 with suspicion and anger about the potential spread of slavery. Southerners felt that since CA was being admitted as a free state, this was immensely unfair as well. Although called a "Compromise", the Compromise of 1850 did little to quell unrest between the North and South.

Which of the following is true of generalization in classical conditioning? Multiple Choice It is the tendency of a new stimulus
kvv77 [185]

Answer:

It is the tendency of a new stimulus that is similar to the original conditioned stimulus to elicit a response that is similar to the conditioned response.

Explanation:

Stimulus generalization: In classical conditioning, the term stimulus generalization refers to the propensity of the conditioned stimulus to give rise to the same responses once the response is being conditioned.

In other words, stimulus generalization arises when an organism (human being, animals, etc) responds to a particular stimulus, the way it responds to a similar or same stimulus.

Johnathon's parents are literary scholars. He has attended a number of literary festivals and interacted with many award-winning
Brilliant_brown [7]

Answer:

passive genotype-environment correlation

Explanation:

The passive genotype-environment correlation explains that parents can be a source of genetic and environmental influences. In this system genetically related individuals are exposed to environments that correlate with their genetic predisposition. We can relate this to Johnathon's case, if we think that interest in literature is inherited from both genetics and the environment that Johnathon's parents set for his creation.
