The most likely explanation for the evolution is the genetic drift. The genetic drift is an instrument of development in which allele occurrences of a population alter in excess of generations due to chance or called as sampling error. Genetic drift happens in all populations of non-infinite size but its effects are sturdiest in small inhabitants.

A nucleic acid is made of nucleotides, and nitrogenous bases are a part of a nucleotide.


DNA is a nucleic acid.  The nucleotides in DNA are made up of a sugar (deoxyribose), a phosphate group, and one nitrogenous base (which will be either adenine, guanine, cytosine, or thymine).
