Since Jason is a body builder it would be assumed that he has quite a bit more muscle then fat.

Now while fat and muscle weight the same, muscle is more dense then fat is. 

Meaning that someone who works out will indeed weigh more then someone of the same height that does not.

In conclusion Jason weighs more the Ryan because he has more muscle which causes him to weigh more the Ryan who has more fat then muscle.
