Every ethnic enclave is a form of segregation. The unicity of the enclave and the particular identity of its community provide unique opportunities and social rights for being part of this community. If you are being discriminated for being part of a specific culture thus you can not get a job in a mainstream city company, your ethnic enclave community could provide you a job offer just for being part of it.
