Read the passage from “I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings.” Occasionally, though, Mrs. Flowers would drift off the road and down to
gregori [183]
Marguerite's thoughts in this passage help the reader to infer that Mrs Flowers THINKS OF MOMMA AS A FRIEND.
From the passage giving above, it can be seen that Mrs Flower treats Momma with due respect even though she is illiterate and could hardly make a correct sentence. She correct her when necessary with love and the two of them get on well gisting and gossiping. Thus, this shows that Mrs Flowers considered Momma to be her friend.

What can be related works for discussion on the hunger games first book ? (not movie ) thank you
Oduvanchick [21]
The Lord of the Flies would be a good book to discuss comparison-wise with the Hunger Games. In both instances there are kids fighting for their lives in the worth of possible circumstances, but in one the kids are fighting against nature, while in the other they are fighting against their government. Ultimately, kids end up killing each other in both books, but what drives the characters to ultimately win and/or survive? and in each book, is survival deemed by which traits?
