Privatization is a possible threat to the ability of the administrators in managing the correctional system.

Privatization refers to the course of transferring an industry or enterprise from the public sector to the private section. The public sector is run by government agencies and is part of the economic system.

Private companies that step in the privatization of correctional systems earn revenue for each prisoner in order to run and maintain the facilities. This system increases the capacity of prisons while minimizing government waste.

Veronika [31]

Answer:

Option E, Both "towns with few churches tend to have a small police force" and "towns with many churches tend to have a large police force" are correct.

Explanation:

It is given that both the “number of churches in a city” and “number of police stations in a city” are positively associated.

A positive association between two variables means that if one variable’s value increases, then the value of other variable also increases. A negative association between two variables means that if one variable’s value increases, then the value of other variable also decrease.

Thus, if the number of churches in a city increases, then the number of police stations also increases. Likewise, if the number of churches in a city decreases, then the number of police stations also decreases

Hence, option E is correct
