Answer: As the power of capitalism increased in Europe, Stalin's power in the Soviet Union would decrease.

Explanation:

The Marshall Plan was Truman´s attempt to contain the Soviet Union´s spread and reverse the trend of conflicts in Western Europe.

The aid program did manage to get Western European industries to rise production, and record levels of trade with American companies, feeding the US´s postwar economic boom. But the main goal was that these regions to avoid the threat of communist takeover during the Cold War.

Feliz [49]
Shortly after 10 p.m. on April 14, 1865, actor John Wilkes Booth entered the presidential box at Ford's Theatre in Washington D.C., and fatally shot President Abraham Lincoln. As Lincoln slumped forward in his seat, Booth leapt onto the stage and escaped through the back door. A doctor in the audience rushed over to examine the paralyzed president. Lincoln was then carried across the street to Petersen's Boarding House, where he died early the next morning.
