Is there anyway to stop feeling like you are going to throw up?

Eat jello. I know it’s weird but I am sick right now and I’ve been drinking and eating jello and it’s working amazingly

if you throw up, you'll feel better. but you can chew on ice cubes or lay down. thats what I do. btw this website is for hw questions
