The environment presented is a dangerous constructions site. There are many workers and the space seem croweded, and if you look closely you are able to see many dangerous acts being played. Like, you can see a guy standing on the edge of a window that hasn't even have glass installed in it yet, you can also see spilled out oil from a machine in the left corner of this image that may cause a fire.

The environment depicted is a busy work environment and construction zone. This is dangerous because there is a lot of machinery in a crowded area which can lead to injury. Someone in that area could easily fall or be crushed and there will be no help since everyone there is already occupied and its loud due to the construction.
