Tennessee

The State of Franklin was an unrecognized and autonomous territory which is located now in Tennessee.  Franklin was created in 1784 from parts of the Appalachian Mountains that were offered to North Carolina as a cession to Congress to pay off debts from Revolutionary War. It later became the state of Tennessee.

Many countries of the Balkan region like Greece, Bulgaria and Herzegovina were under the rule of Turkey which was known as Ottoman empire. Turkey had imposed the suppressive rule over the Christian people of this region. They wanted to be independent from Ottoman Empire. So, the Balkan countries like Greece, Bulgaria and Herzegovina formed league and attacked Turkey. Turkey was defeated and the countries of Balkan league got independence. Serbia was irritated by Austria-Hungary due to their annexation of Bosnia Herzegovina. So, a secret organization named Black Hand Society was formed by Serbian youths to take revenge with Austria Hungary for their occupation over Bosnia Herzegovina. This crisis of Balkan framed the background for this war.

Hi there!

Question - -How did the reign of Napoleon Bonaparte change the balance of power in Central Europe?

Answer/Why - Im not sure if this will answer the question but Napolean did good things as emperor of France. One of his greatest acomplishments were was to use all what the Bourbon's built to fight major countries like the Austrians and sink fleets of boats from Spain and France. Then the ottomans sold Lousiana to America.
