Government related: you attend school. Schools are monitored and supervised by the government. Your learning is also studied in various ways by the government.
Economy related: One of the most obvious ways in which government and the economy interact in your daily life is through taxes. Even if you do not work, when you buy anything at a store, you are most likely paying taxes on those items.

When trying a minor we need to think about all different aspects of the childs developmental habits.
Does the child have a learning disability?
Are they at an age that is not fully developed so they may not have realized what they were doing?
The future is the children and the younger generations, so how can we expect to lock them away for their entire lives and in doing so possible cost the world one of the advencements this child may have made?
There should be some form of a contingency plan on the lifetimes sentence, especially for children under the age of 13.

Many people in Germany and in Europe did not take the steps to resist the murder of Jews for several reasons. One of these reasons was because they were afraid of Hitler. Many people thought that if they listened to Hitler he would not cross the line or hurt them. The murder of the Jews took the attention of Hitler away from them so for fear of being killed too they did not resist the killing of them.
