The correct answer is B. Conflict

Explanation:

In literature, the story refers to the set of events and characters that are described and included during a literary or narrative work such as a short-stories or novels. Additionally, these characters and events are usually linked to the main conflict which is a struggle between the main character or characters and an opposing force. Indeed, the conflict is the focus on most stories as events in literary works are organized depending on the way a conflict emerges, later is faced by character and is finally solved and therefore this element is the one that propels a story forward as the interaction of characters with the conflict leads to the development of a story. 1.) Why are models important to use in science? Give an example of how a scientist would use a model in science.
Ivan
1) Well, models are vital to use by scientists, because that way they can represent visually and help other people understand the point they are trying to stress about their project. A simple example would be to use a Bohr model to represent a specific chemical, and along with that show how many protons or neutrons does it have.

2)In science a universal law is a statement by which a particular action or a phenomenon would occur ALWAYS in the same way, and will ALWAYS abide to what the law states, while a theory is a guess on what kind of pattern does a particular phenomenon or experiment abide by.

3)The SI units are units of the metric system, and are used everywhere in the world for specific measurements, the kilograms is used when measuring mass, the meters  is used when measuring length,  the liter is used when measuring a volume of a liquid, and finally the cubic meters or m3 are used when measuring the volume of a solid. and those are the standards as well.

Vladimir79 [104]

Polonius thinks that Hamlet is mad because Ophelia is ignoring him and Hamlet is madly in love with her.

The above scene is taken from Hamlet Act 2 written by William Shakespeare. This scene starts with Reynaldo, a spy sent by Polonius, who travels to France to keep a watch on Laertes. As soon as Ophelia walks in, she informs Polonius that Hamlet stormed into her room, holding her wrists, and stared crazily into her eyes. She continues by saying that she has severed all ties with Hamlet. Polonius decides to meet with the king to devise a method to eavesdrop on Hamlet speaking to Ophelia since he is convinced that Hamlet is madly in love with her and that Ophelia's rejection is what put him in this situation. Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, two of Hamlet's classmates from high school, have been invited by Gertrude to investigate the origin of his insanity. Hamlet avoids their queries because he is wary of them.

Here madness has two meanings, that is one immediately thinks of a lunatic in an asylum who is unable to understand reality when it is used frequently in phrases to suggest unreasonable insanity.
