High context culture refers to the type of culture that rely heavily on implicit language in their communication. This means that when they are communicating, they give a lot of attention to body languages, intonation, or expression that might change the context of the message.
while low-context culture tend to rely heavily on explicit language. Meaning that they pay less attention to things such as body language /intonation. People in this culture will take the things that you say on face value.
Democracy is technically young men killing each other in war. Freedom is the will of not being under laws or rules. Democracy is the law of not being under other rules. Freedom, is just eventful till new rules and laws come.
