The message is clear: in all the sentences, they call people to follow balanced eating diets and do exercise regularly. In sentences A, B and D, the final parts of the statements indicate that healthy eating habits and frequent exercise are a widespread phenomenon and a popular thing among humans.

In sum, the message is to persuade people to exercise and eat well because it is well-seen and accepted by the masses.

nadya68 [22]

Answer:

It will be told in past tense.

Explanation:

We know what is going to happen, but the Harper Lee's clever, cunning writing causes us to easily forget. Scout is the narrator, and beginning like this shows that it's in past tense. Also Scout knows what will happen. As the reader it tells us that Scout is retelling a story--a story about her and Jem and all the things they encounter.

Jaunt : excursion:: resignation:
krok68 [10]
Well, since jaunt and excursion mean relatively the same things, they are near synonyms, we are looking here for a word that has a relatively similar meaning to that of 'resignation'. Since you didn't give us any examples, I will just list you some of its synonyms: departure, retirement, termination, abdication, leaving, notice, abandonment, withdrawal, etc.

What do you think the most persuasive argument in the editorial about students texting at school is and why?
Lady_Fox [76]

Answer:

Explanation:

This would depend on which side you are on, so if you are on the side allowing students to text at school, you can say it opens resources for students as well as a source of communication. However, personally I think that the argument that students shouldn't text would be easier because it has more evidence. You can say students can cheat, they can get distracted which will lead to bad grades etc
