The technology has affected the people's activity levels at home at their workplace and in transportation.

Explanation:

Technology development at home has reduced the physical activity and time to spend on household work.

It affects the people in psychological issues such as distraction, depression, narcissisim, and expectation of instant gratification.

It causes problems in physical health like vision problems, loss of hearing, and neck strain. The students are highly affected due to usage of this technology and causes a major distraction in education.
