Why is soil considered to be a nonrenewable natural resource?
Ivanshal [37]

Answer:

Soil is considered a nonrenewable resource due to the time to produce soil

Explanation:

Soil is considered a nonrenewable natural resource which means its loss is non recoverable during a human lifespan, this is because it takes many years or more for an inch of topsoil to form due to weather as soil is made from rock and the rock has to be broken into small pieces first, which happens from physical weathering such as freezing, thawing... For this reason, soil is a nonrenewable natural resource.
