Explanation: maps an important tool for European powers during the 1500's because in the old age era, people were not that much familiar with the geographical location of the world so they had to rely on maps to see where they currently were or where they should head too next. In addition to this, they also had to plan strategically their attacks and to see from where they had to send their troops, maps were essential.

What happens to lava after it erupts from a volcano.
LuckyWell [14K]

When a volcano erupts, the molten rock (or magma) that comes out of the Earth is called lava. Because lava is so hot (more than 1,100 degrees C, over 2,000 degrees F), it remains molten and flows across the ground until it cools and hardens into rock.

hope this helps

Wany words does that message have?
AleksAgata [21]

Answer:

 (4, 3)

Explanation:

Short answer: when the coordinates are on horizontal and vertical lines, as these are, each coordinate value is used twice. Already, x=0 is used twice, as is y=0, so the missing coordinate is x=4, y=3.

The fourth vertex is (4, 3).

_____

Longer answer: The midpoints of the diagonals are the same point, so for rectangle ABCD, we have ...

 (A+C)/2 = (B+D)/2

Solving for D, we find ...

 D = A +C -B

In clockwise order, the points given are ...

 A = (4, 0), B = (0, 0), C = (0, 3)

so we have ...

 D = (4, 0) +(0, 3) -(0, 0) = (4+0-0, 0+3-0)

 D = (4, 3) . . . . the coordinates of the fourth vertex.
