a form of brainstorming

A freewrite happens when you put your pencil to paper and just write whatever comes into your head. It can often be used as a form of brainstorming if you focus the freewrite on a specific topic. There are not grammar rules when it comes to freewriting. The writer can use shorthand, symbols, runons, fragments, misspellings, etc. The goal is just to get the ideas down on paper in any form. Also during freewriting the writer does not stop to think then begin writing again. Since freewriting is writing all thoughts on paper, it should be continuous.

How does enjambment affect the mood of a poem?
prisoha [69]
It increases the pace of a poem, as it makes the reader read each line without a pause. This makes the poem more fast-paced. This in turn gives the poem a sense of urgency and tension, and sometimes a more cheerful, joyful mood, as these are things that are associated with fast-paced speech.
