I would think it's okay to move them. It's fine if the person has something supporting him/her in some type of way.

Answer:

You shouldn't move someone with a head/neck or back injury as it may be serious. Carry out a full risk assessment then decide if you need to move them, or wait for medical assistance.

I would have died of hunting. I am a cow far away from my home, some person had raised me as a nice and healthy cow. One day my owner had let me go out on my own, something had been fishy but since I haven't eaten fresh grass in a while I went out and enjoyed my time. The next 5 weeks I was free, no other animals wanted to eat me or do anything. But then I saw my owner come back to me, I was running as fast as I can. I felt  deadly shot to my body, I collapsed and fell thing i was dead i wasn't yet. I saw a hunter shoot me and pay my owner, they were smiling.... I have never felt so much betrayal.
