Your anger can affect everyday activities, your relationships with others and on important parts of your life. Anger also causes feelings like guilt, remorse, and shame. New ways of thinking and acting will help you to be more content and happy which, in turn, will help you to more easily overcome anger and frustration.  

3. Emotional distress: stress symptoms may be affecting your health, even though you might not realize it. Stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts, and behaviors. It is important to be able to recognize common stress symptoms so you can manage them. Stress that left unchecked can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes.
