Answer:

1. EUR/USD

2. GBP/NGN

Explanation:

1 . Euro against the United States Dollars:

As at Monday 15th June, the Euros traded for 1.12 USD per EUR, however it appreciated with about 0.8% increase to 1.13 USD on Tuesday 16th ($1.13-$1.12= $0.01 profit per trade). For instance, if someone had bought €10,000 Euros at the initial exchange rate and traded at this value he will earn a profit of $100 ($0.01 x 10000).

2. Pound Sterling against the Naira:

The exchange rate of NGN as at Monday 15th June was 482.79 NGN per GBP, however it depreciated with a loss of -4.64 NGN as at Tuesday 16th to 487.43 per GBP (482.79-487.43).

Assuming one used 482,790 NGN to buy £1,000 (482.79*1000) using the initial lower exchange rate and decides to sell using recent rates , he would be getting a loss of about 4,640 NGN or £9.51 (482,790-487430).

I believe it meant both alien immigrants and non-alien immigrants? Is this the correct context, immigration? Or, does it mean extra-terrestrial life? I would need to see context to know for sure, but I believe it is referencing immigration.

To manufacture 3,000 pairs of sandals in a week, a firm can use 3,600 workers and 135 machines or 270 machines and 3,300 workers
Nutka1998 [239]

Answer:

3,600 workers and 135 machines is more technically efficient.

Explanation:

a. For 3,600 workers and 135 machines

Worker technical efficiency = 3,600/3,000 = $120%

Machine technical efficiency = 135 / 3,000 = 4.50%

Average technical efficiency = (120% + 4.5%) / 2 = 62.25%

b. For 270 machines and 3,300 workers.

Worker technical efficiency = 270/3,000 = $9%

Machine technical efficiency = 3,300 / 3,000 = 110%

Average technical efficiency = (9% + 110%) / 2 = 59.50%

Conclusion

Since the average technical efficiency of 62.25% is higher than 59.50%, 3,600 workers and 135 machines is more technically efficient.

trapecia [35]

Answer:

Stock price = $74.26

Explanation:

The  ratio relates the price of a stock to its earning. A stock with a higher P/R indicates a high potent for growth.

Price of stock =Earnings per share( EPS) × benchmark P/E ratio

The appropriate comparative price earnings ratio in the question has been given as 18.8 times.

DATA-

EPS- 3.95

PE- 18.8

Stock price = 3.95 ×  18.8= $74.26
