Answer: No, consent must be unequivocal and specific.

Explanation: Consent must be without equivocation or ambiguity; singularly clear, unmistakable, or unquestionable. The young man raised his hands in the air and proclaimed that he was clean then the officer got out of the car and began to search the young man.

The young man raising his hands is not CONSENT to search.

The police officer also got out of the car and started the search without being specific as to why he's conducting the search. These two reasons, makes the search not a consented search.

Answer: option D:No, consent must be unequivocal and specific

Explanation: consent should be given only freely. A consent is usually specific, undeniable. A consent search is when a person has agree to be search. The law state a person has the right to resist any search. A search must be consented to and the officers response for the search must provide a warrant. It is unjust and highly offensive to search without a warrant because the person may sue the officers for damages and unjust searching.

Jacob should be a screenwright. That's because playwrights usually don't brainstorm and don't have teams who help them write or anything similar, they do it on their own. Producer's job is getting money for the project, not writing anything so it's not a producer either.

Andrew should be a playwright. Playwrights have absolute authority over their work and since it's thorough and has references and points as to how everything should look, there's nothing that should be changed in production. He attends rehearsals to see how it all sounds and looks.

Starting in the Middle East, which of these describes the direction in which Islam spread after the death of Muhammad?
Sliva [168]

Answer:

HerE is the answer!

Explanation:

Muhammad’s continuing success gradually impinged on the Quraysh in Mecca. Some defected and joined his community. His marriage to a Quraysh woman provided him with a useful go-between. In 628 he and his followers tried to make an Islamized hajj but were forestalled by the Meccans. At Al-Ḥudaybiyah, outside Mecca, Muhammad granted a 10-year truce on the condition that the Meccans would allow a Muslim pilgrimage the next year. Even at this point, however, Muhammad’s control over his followers had its limits; his more zealous followers agreed to the pact only after much persuasion. As in all instances of charismatic leadership, persisting loyalty was correlated with continuing success.
