I’m not sure what you are referring to..however the only Nora I can think of from anything I have read or seen in English is the book “the dolls house”. So going off of this I would answer the question as C-Clever because the Nora I am thinking off really is quite clever even though she might not seem it.

As for drug use, the main drug that comes to mind is marijuana, in this case, if the drug helps in assisting MEDICAL NEEDS, or is provided to someone of age who understands the possible consequences, it should be legal.
