You stay out of trouble and the disadvantage anything or person could lead you back to jail such as your friend wants you to hold something for them and you know its bad or you don't know what it is most likely your gonna get caught with it so that's a disadvantage. another advantage is that you have a second chance, a privilege and a chance to make a better choice under light surveilance
