A hypotonic solution is any solution that has a lower osmotic pressure than another solution. The water flows from the cell into the solution making the cell shrink

An isotonic solution refers to two solutions having the same osmotic pressure across a semipermeable membrane. This state allows for the free movement of water across the membrane without changing the concentration of solutes on either side.

A nucleotide-sugar coenzyme involved in carbohydrate metabolism (UDP-glucose) is formed when UTP reacts with a glucose molecule.
Taya2010 [7]

Answer:

b. UDP

Explanation:

Uridine diphosphate glucose (UDP) is a nucleotide sugar involved in galactose metabolism. In this reaction, the galactose 1-phosphate uridylyltransferase (GALT) enzyme transfers a phosphate group from UDP-glucose to galactose 1-phosphate in order to convert galactose into glucose

Brrunno [24]

Answer: C. the total amount of air that can be inspired after a tidal expiration.

Explanation:

The inspiratory capacity can be define as the highest volume of the air that can be inspired after the expiration. It is the sum of the the inspiratory reserve volume and tidal volume.

The tidal volume is the measure of the amount of air inspired and expired during the process of normal breathing. This includes the volume of around one to half liter. The expiratory reserve volume is the additional air which is exhaled after normal exhalation.

Two pea plants heterozygous for the characters of pod color and pod shape are crossed. Draw a Punnett square to determine the ph
Doss [256]

Answer:

I will attach a file with the punnett square

Explanation:

You have to write every possible combination of gametes for each individual. In this case, both individuals will have the same possible combination of gametes because they both are heterozygous for both traits. Then you have to make the crossing between each gamete and you get the punnett square.
