The answer is B because according to Chargaffs rule you must have the same amount of G as C and the same amount of T as A and it should all add up to 100%......22% plus 22% is 44% and 28.4% plus 28.4% is 56.4% and then you add 56.4% plus 44% and you get 100.8% which is the closet estimate to 100%.
