That also doesn't mean live off of carrots and strawberries for a week! You have to eat normally. So a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, pasta, rice or any kind of meat is the way to lose weight vs eating low calorie anything or a candy bar. Every type of food gives you energy! It all depends what it is too predict how much energy you'll receive or how long it will last. For instance, a candy bar will give you a lot of energy, fast but won't last as long as eating pasta or rice for energy. Eating regular meals does cause you to gain weight but thats a good thing, it gives you energy, muscle and can help you lose weight. Eating regular meals actually does the opposite of causing you to be hungry more often, it keeps you fuller for longer.
